Julian Calverley was recently commissioned by American healthcare specialist GSW Worlwide to shoot this great set of images around the theme of balance.

Shot in San Francisco as well as further along the beautiful Californian coast, Julian’s tranquil and calming images fitted the brief perfectly. Very calming for a busy day at the office!

LPA Style’s Claire Louise and Alice Timms have recently been working with Igor Emmerich, shooting a great series of Unilever products, from shampoo to margarine!

Commissioned by Red Letter Design, these natural images showcase Claire’s great sensitive approach to hair and make-up. Alice didn’t have too much wardrobe to source for the shower scenes but the other shots look great! If only we looked that fresh-faced whilst showering at 7am!

LPA Needs You / Agency Assistant Position

LPA, one of the UK’s leading photographers agents and photoshoot producers, are looking for an agency assistant to support the busy team.

The role will be varied! As well as helping with the day to day running of our office you will be assisting our marketing division, our production team and will be required to attend castings and shoots.

Only apply if you are a bright multi-tasker who is full of initiative. You will also need to be highly organised, methodical, energetic, enthusiastic and have excellent people skills. A knowledge of social media and Mac IT skills is also essential. A good understanding of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

Likely candidate will be a recent graduate or 1^st/ 2^nd jobber with a proven interest in the photography or media industry.

This is a full time, permanent position available from June 2013.

Back in August last year, we blogged about a travel feature Michael Heffernan had been commissioned for at a secret location in the UK.

The location was a little hush hush as we had to wait for the shoot to be published but we can now reveal that the images were shot in the Channel Islands and are featured in the May 2013 issue of Lonely Planet Traveller Magazine.
